Match Day & Tournament Planning
Where the season gets real.
Our teams travel to tournament weekends across Georgia, Tennessee, and South Carolina. Here is how a trip comes together, what is coming up next, and how to lend a hand on match day.

How a trip works
Commit by the deadline
Each tournament has a commit-by date so we can enter teams and book rooms. Watch the calendar and your team chat.
Travel together
Team hotel blocks and travel details are shared with registered families once settled. The weekend is half the fun.
Play, then share a meal
Matches, teammates, and the post-match shared meal. Both teams, one table. It is the club's favorite tradition.
Lend a hand on match day
Volunteer for the next match or tour.
Sideline help, team parent, photos, or driving the gear. Tell us which upcoming weekend works and we will plug you in.
