How a trip works
Commit by the deadline
Each tournament has a commit-by date so we can enter teams and book rooms. Watch the calendar and your team chat.
Travel together
Team hotel blocks and travel details are shared with registered families once settled. The weekend is half the fun.
Play, then share a meal
Matches, teammates, and the post-match shared meal. Both teams, one table. It is the club's favorite tradition.
Lend a hand on match day
